How is 2010 going to be different than 2009?

Only you can answer that question and the question is what are you going to do that is different? You are the only one that is in charge of your future, not your parents, not your manager and not your company. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Yet this is exactly what many of us do each year. We gear up on January 1 with New Years resolutions. We dream of how we are going to be the change in the world that we all want to see -right?
But now that its the last week of January how many of us still have the same focus and fire that we did the first week of the month? The truth is that unless we have a plan and work that plan – nothing will be different in our lives than it was last year. But let’s think about the possibilities of what could be. What if this was the year that every new years resolution we ever dreamed did become our reality. What if we woke up one morning and we were living the life we always wanted? What would you be willing to give up to make that dream a reality? Once we answer that question, we have the answer to what will be different in 2010 than what existed in 2009.
