As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect and share a few thoughts from my heart to yours.
This year has been a journey of growth, learning, and connection. Whether it was during a workshop, a speaking event, or through our conversations, I’ve been inspired by the resilience, dedication, and kindness of this amazing community. You’ve reminded me why I love what I do: supporting administrative professionals, executives, and business professionals like you who play a vital role in driving success and making the world go round.
This past month, I had the privilege of speaking to incredible audiences in Switzerland and Austria, sharing strategies to empower administrative professionals through panel discussions, roundtables, and presentations. A heartfelt thank you to my gracious hosts—Reto Leder with Trafo, Miss Moneypenny, and Lucy Brazier—for welcoming me and making these events truly memorable.
I spent some much-needed downtime in Spain, soaking up inspiration for the year ahead and strategizing new goals. There’s something truly beautiful about visiting other countries—you learn more about their culture and experience new foods, scents, and expressions. And boy, oh boy, did we eat some delicious food! I’m coming home a bit more rounded physically but, more importantly, enriched mentally.
These experiences reminded me of the importance of growth, reflection, and taking time to recharge—a message I hope resonates with you too.
