I work with Administrative Professionals, Managers, Human Resource and Conference Planners. I provide coaching and training for administrative professionals to increase their communication, partnerships, and professionalism so they can make more money, get more done, and be happier at work on a daily basis.

I began my career as a receptionist and worked my way up to a Chief Executive Assistant. Along the way, I discovered this dream inside of me that was bursting to come out. I just didn’t know how to make it happen, until I attended my first conference and listened to my first professional speaker. My dream was no longer this impossible goal, I now knew where I wanted to go, the steps I needed to take and who could help me get there.

Shortly after attending that conference, I hired my first coach, listened to her wise counsel and acted upon her advice. A few years later, I realized my dream of becoming a bestselling author, international speaker, and an empowerment coach. I’m the author of two books: NOT Just An Admin! (second edition published in September 2020) and Mean Girl No More, How to Shift from Sabotage to Support and Build a Powerful Inner Circle. Both books are available on Amazon in paperback or Kindle.

My passion is to empower others to succeed, and that’s exactly what I want to do for you. What I offer is a way to help you achieve the level of success you are striving for by providing keynotes and workshops to audiences around the world. My experience of working in the C-Suite for over two decades informs my teaching. I draw on real-world examples, including successes and lessons learned by hard-won battles and failed attempts. My goal is to help you navigate your career, by providing you tools to increase your collaboration and productivity, as well as increasing your understanding of the value that you bring to your organization.

I want to help you realize your dreams:

  • whether that means you stay in the position you are in and become the best at what you do,
  • or if that means you are ready to break outside of your comfort zone and take a risk on something new.

Whatever path you choose, you’ll need a healthy dose of confidence to get there. And here’s the good news, I can help you!

Stop giving in to the belief that you aren’t good enough, smart enough, or strong enough. You have what it takes, you just need someone to help you get where you want to go.

When I’m not working, you can find me with my family, often playing cards, enjoying our deck and patio, or on the dance floor with my husband.

My most successful accomplishment is being married to my husband, Renè, for over 30 years and raising our four children and spoiling our grandchildren together.
